The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for our projects, strengthening the company’s brand presence, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective digital and traditional marketing strategies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE Real Estate Market , digital marketing, social media, content creation, and property project promotions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms . - Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand communication. - Create engaging content for property projects, including social media posts, videos, reels, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and website content. - Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other external marketing partners. - Prepare marketing materials for new project launches, property campaigns, exhibitions, events, and sales activities. - Coordinate with the sales team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and lead-generation objectives. - Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns and track campaign performance, leads, and conversions. - Support property launches, open-house events, exhibitions, broker events, and other promotional activities. - Maintain and update website content, project information, and marketing databases. - Monitor marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets. - Prepare regular marketing reports covering leads, campaign performance, engagement, and ROI. - Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and professional standards. - Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging promotional channels.
