The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage social media marketing activities, create engaging visual content, develop promotional campaigns, and identify new opportunities to increase sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. - Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, leads, and sales. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make improvements based on data. - Create professional and attractive social media posts, advertisements, banners, menus, flyers, and promotional materials. - Handle graphic design requirements using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. - Develop creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies for restaurants and food-related businesses. - Manage social media content calendars and coordinate regular posts and campaigns. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. - Support business development activities, including identifying potential partnerships, corporate clients, catering opportunities, and other revenue channels. - Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, suppliers, business partners, and potential clients. - Coordinate marketing campaigns with restaurant branches and operations teams. - Track marketing expenses, campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales results. - Prepare regular marketing reports and provide recommendations to management. - Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, Meta advertising tools, and customer behavior. Requirements - Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role. - Strong practical experience with Facebook & Instagram / Meta Ads Manager. - Good graphic design skills with a strong creative sense. - Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools. - Previous experience in business development and sales generation is preferred. - Experience in the restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry will be an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, branding, and promotions. - Ability to analyze campaign results and use data to improve performance. - A portfolio of previous marketing and design work is preferred.
