The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Sales Representative who already has a book of business and strong industry connections. This is a fully remote role built for someone who knows how to sell digital marketing services and wants to earn substantial recurring income.

You’ll sell our core services:

• Custom website design and development
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Social media management

Compensation: 20% commission on everything you sell, plus ongoing recurring revenue. Top performers with an existing network can earn significantly in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business for websites, SEO, paid advertising, and social media management
• Leverage your existing book of business and professional network to generate opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and negotiate agreements
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
• Represent Bay Marketing Group professionally and build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling digital marketing services (websites, SEO, paid ads, or social media management)
• Existing book of business or strong professional network in business ownership, marketing, or related industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales processes preferred
• Strong understanding of how digital marketing drives business results
