Experienced Marketing & Business Development Representative Nova’s Construction & Renovation, Inc. Location: Ontario, California Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission Position Type: Field-Based Marketing & Business Development About Our Company Nova’s Construction & Renovation, Inc. is an established and growing company specializing in general construction, property renovations, flooring installation, and water damage restoration. We provide professional services to multifamily residential communities, property management companies, commercial properties, and residential clients. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based position that requires daily travel, in-person client visits, networking, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable spending the majority of their workday visiting potential clients, establishing relationships, and securing new business. Key Responsibilities - Travel daily to visit prospective and existing clients throughout our service areas. - Actively seek and establish new business relationships with property management companies, apartment communities, plumbing companies, general contractors, maintenance companies, and other potential referral partners. - Conduct in-person visits to introduce and promote our construction, flooring, and water restoration services. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. - Develop strong professional relationships with plumbers, property managers, regional managers, maintenance supervisors, and commercial clients. - Generate qualified leads and convert potential opportunities into new accounts and projects. - Promote our 24/7 emergency water damage restoration services to plumbing companies and other potential referral sources. - Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients. - Attend networking events, industry meetings, and business development opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities. - Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to company growth. Qualifications & Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred. - Knowledge or experience in construction, flooring, water damage restoration, or related industries is highly preferred. - Experience establishing relationships with property management companies, plumbing companies, contractors, or commercial clients is a strong advantage. - Must be comfortable driving throughout the day and conducting multiple in-person client visits. - Must be willing to actively approach new businesses, introduce our services, and develop new client relationships. - Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to generate leads and secure new business. - Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-oriented. - Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule of client visits. - Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
