In the first six months, priority is brand positioning, content, and creative, with founder support on high-stakes sales calls. You'll do the creative work yourself — strategist, creator, and closer in one. Location: Mumbai (on-site) Responsibilities: - Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narrative - Create marketing content — Reels, social posts, decks, campaigns — using Canva, Adobe, and AI tools - Build and manage outbound/inbound B2B pipeline - Pitch, handle objections, and close deals independently - Own post-sale customer success touchpoints Requirements: - Strong creative instincts and comfort being the sole content creator - Demonstrable sales ability — can pitch and close confidently - Excellent English communication skills - Comfortable in a scrappy, early-stage environment - Must be based in Mumbai Benefits: - Commission/bonus structure on closed deals - Fast-track to a leadership title as the company grows - Flexible hours, learning stipend for tools Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
