The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable dealing with clients, and be willing to appear in social media videos, reels, and promotional content for the company. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads for UAE business setup services Consult clients regarding Mainland, Free Zone, and other company formation options Explain business licensing, visa, PRO, and related services Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings Achieve monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation with the operations team Maintain proper lead and sales follow-up records Participate in company marketing activities Be comfortable appearing in Instagram Reels, informational videos, promotional shoots, and other social media content Explain business setup services confidently on camera when required Requirements Female candidate Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident personality with a customer-focused approach Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera Ability to handle leads professionally and close sales Knowledge of UAE business setup, company formation, visas, PRO services, or corporate services is preferred Previous experience in business consultancy, banking, real estate, insurance, telesales, or other sales-driven industries will be an advantage Good English communication is required; additional languages are an advantage Must be currently available in the UAE Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Sales-oriented and target-driven Confident and presentable Active on calls and follow-ups Comfortable creating professional video content Interested in building a long-term career in the UAE business setup industry Able to work independently as well as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary Attractive sales incentives/commission Professional and supportive working environment Sales leads and marketing support Opportunity to build a strong career in the UAE business consultancy sector Exposure through company marketing and social media content How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply through Indeed with their updated CV.
