Location: Hyderabad Role: Marketing & Sales Executive – Field Department: Sales Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing Reporting To: Sales Head Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Work Mode: Field Sales Job Responsibilities - Generate new business leads independently through field sales and market visits - Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling and direct sales - Develop relationships with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers and End Customers - Arrange client meetings and conduct product demonstrations - Research the market and identify new business opportunities - Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions - Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfactory service - Collect regular customer feedback and address concerns - Coordinate with the plant/back office to resolve customer issues promptly - Maintain visibility of sales activities and customer pipeline Candidate Requirements - Must have a two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence - Willingness to generate leads independently and travel extensively within the allocated territory and nearby regions - Good client relationship management and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, independent and target-oriented approach - Good communication skills in English and Telugu – verbal and written - Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word/Excel - Prior experience in direct sales, cold calling or field sales preferred - Experience in building materials / construction-related products will be an advantage - Manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred - Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent degree Ideal Candidate Candidates with experience selling building materials, construction products, uPVC/Aluminium doors and windows, structural glazing, railings, partitions or similar products , and those who have an established network among Builders, Architects and Interior Designers, will be preferred.
