The ideal candidate should take ownership, think ahead, follow processes, pay close attention to details, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage digital marketing projects from planning through delivery - Create and maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables - Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development, and Analytics teams - Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and project progress - Conduct team meetings, follow-ups, and project status updates - Identify risks, delays, and blockers and take proactive action - Communicate with clients and provide clear project updates - Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, reports, and SOPs - Ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and deadline requirements - Monitor team performance and follow up on pending tasks - Improve workflows and processes for better project execution - Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency, technology company, or similar environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Highly detail-oriented and process-driven approach - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through - Comfortable working with deadlines, trackers, reports, and documentation - Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams - Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Content, Web, and Analytics workflows Tools: Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar project management tools is preferred.
