Marketing Operations Officer
Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or digital marketing. Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional teams is preferred. Experience in eCommerce or consumer brands is an advantage. Knowledge Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, social media). Familiar with marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and sales performance. Able to interpret marketing reports and identify areas requiring follow-up. Skills Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical and comfortable working with reports and spreadsheets. Able to document processes and improve workflows.
