Marketing Operations Manager Location: Remote Employment Type: Full time Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer About the Team Intelvio's marketing team is being built into a high performing, innovative, and collaborative organization capable of driving significant growth over the next one to three years. A key part of that vision is operating with F100 level quality and process, even as a lean team. The Marketing Operations Manager is central to making that happen. Role Summary The Marketing Operations Manager owns the systems, data, and processes that let the rest of the marketing team focus on their highest value work. This person builds and maintains the marketing technology stack, designs scalable workflows, keeps campaign data clean and trustworthy, and delivers the reporting that shows what's working. This role partners closely with the Product Marketing Manager on quarterly planning cadence, with the Marketing Automation / Email Specialist on platform administration, and with Sales Operations on lead flow and funnel visibility. Key Responsibilities Own the marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform (HubSpot or equivalent) and its integration with the CRM. Design, document, and continuously improve marketing processes and workflows (campaign intake, approvals, launch checklists, reporting cadence) so they scale as the team grows. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and funnel metrics for team and leadership review. Own data hygiene, lead scoring, and lead routing rules, and partner with Sales Operations to keep handoffs and SLAs clean. Support the quarterly go to market planning cadence, working with the Product Marketing Manager to keep the GTM template process running smoothly across brands. Manage the marketing budget tracker, including vendor spend and contract renewals. Evaluate, onboard, and manage relationships with marketing tool and platform vendors. Build and maintain team playbooks and standard operating procedures that codify how campaigns get planned, executed, and measured. Identify process gaps or bottlenecks proactively and bring solutions, not just problems. Qualifications 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations or a closely related role. Hands on experience administering a marketing automation platform, HubSpot strongly preferred, and integrating it with a CRM such as Salesforce. Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and reporting (in the marketing automation platform, a BI tool, or spreadsheets). Demonstrated ability to design and document processes that others can follow consistently. Comfortable partnering cross functionally with sales, sales operations, and finance. Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for clean data and scalable systems. Nice to Have Experience scaling marketing operations inside a growth stage B2B organization. Experience managing multiple brands or business units within one marketing operations function. Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel reporting frameworks.
