The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market , practical experience with Chinese construction enterprises operating in the UAE/Dubai , and the ability to communicate professionally in Chinese and English . Candidates with previous experience in the Market/Marketing Department of a Chinese construction enterprise , particularly at Department Manager, Deputy General Manager, or higher level , are preferred. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research, market information collection, and project development in the UAE. - Identify and develop potential construction projects and new business opportunities. - Monitor UAE construction market trends, customer requirements, competitors, and business opportunities. - Conduct project assessment and opportunity analysis . - Organize and coordinate tendering and bidding activities . - Support the preparation, coordination, submission, and follow-up of tender documents. - Conduct and support business and commercial negotiations with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships . - Coordinate local resources and support market expansion and business development . - Develop and maintain relationships with relevant local stakeholders and business contacts. - Manage and maintain project and customer resources . - Track project opportunities from initial development through tendering, negotiation, and follow-up. - Monitor commercial risks, business risks, market conditions, and relevant UAE policies . - Track changes in government policies and market conditions that may affect construction projects and business development. - Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project development and execution. - Support the company's overall UAE market development and business expansion strategy. Candidate Requirements Professional Background - Chinese-speaking candidate is required. - Chinese nationality is preferred , in line with the hiring requirements. - Previous experience working for a Chinese construction enterprise in the UAE/Dubai is required/preferred. - Candidates with experience in the Market/Marketing Department of a Chinese construction company are strongly preferred. - Candidates who have held positions such as Market Department Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior-level market/business development roles are preferred. - Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and local business environment . - Good understanding of the construction industry's overall business/project lifecycle. Market Development & Business Skills - Strong market research and project/business development capability. - Strong project assessment and opportunity-analysis skills. - Proven experience in tender organization and coordination . - Strong business negotiation and client relationship management skills. - Strong local resource coordination and market expansion capability. - Ability to manage project opportunities and customer resources. - Ability to identify and monitor commercial risks and policy developments . UAE Construction & Government Market Knowledge - Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and government-related business environment . - Familiarity with relevant UAE government departments and procedures affecting construction projects. - Understanding of the full construction business/project process . - Ability to coordinate effectively with local stakeholders and business resources. Language Requirements - Chinese – Fluent / Professional working proficiency – Mandatory - English – Fluent – Mandatory - Arabic – Proficiency preferred The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English for business discussions, client communication, negotiations, internal coordination, and project-related activities. Software & Systems - Proficient in standard office software . - Comfortable using relevant government/e-government systems . Availability - Must be able to work full-time and long-term in Dubai . - Candidates who can join as soon as possible are preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Preference will be given to candidates who: - Are Chinese-speaking professionals with strong experience in the UAE construction market. - Have experience with Chinese construction enterprises operating in Dubai/UAE . - Have held Market Department Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior positions . - Have strong UAE construction-market resources and business contacts. - Have proven experience in project development, tendering, business negotiation, and client relationship management . - Have strong knowledge of the UAE construction and government-related business environment. - Are fluent in both Chinese and English . - Have Arabic language capability. - Are available for long-term full-time employment in Dubai . - Can join as soon as possible .
