Marketing & New Patient Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Office) – Dental Practice
# Marketing & New Patient Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Office) – Dental Practice **Teravista Dentistry** · Round Rock, TX 78665 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Teravista Dentistry is a growing, owner-led general and cosmetic practice in Round Rock (Diamond Plus Invisalign provider, bilingual English/Spanish patient base). New patients are already finding us — Google Local Service Ads, Meta, referrals, community events — and the owner has been running all of that himself between patients. This role takes over the whole new-patient funnel and makes it better. What you'll own - Lead generation: our Meta ads and Google Local Service Ads, organic content (reels, posts, before/afters with patient consent), our Google Business Profile, and simple website updates (WordPress). - Lead conversion: every new-patient inquiry — call, text, web form, Local Service Ad — gets a response within 5 minutes during business hours and gets booked. You own the follow-up until they're in a chair. - Patient-communication standards: how we answer the phone, how we text, how we follow up. You set the standard and train the team to it. - Community marketing: one event and 4–6 local-business drop-offs a month. You organize and track; the team helps execute. - The weekly report: new patients by source, spend, cost per new patient, show rate — on the owner's desk every Monday and reviewed together in a 30-minute weekly meeting. What this role is not Not insurance verification, not billing, not scheduling existing patients, not chairside. Those belong to the front desk and clinical team. You stay on growth. Who does well here - You've run at least one real marketing campaign with a budget and can tell us what it produced and what you'd change. - You pick up the phone fast and you're warm on it — you'd rather talk to a nervous new patient than write a strategy deck. - You're organized enough to run a weekly scorecard without being asked. - You're comfortable in WordPress, Canva, Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile, or you learn tools fast. - Spanish is a plus, not a requirement. Dental or medical-office experience is a plus, not a requirement. Pay and perks - $26–$31/hr based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus tied to new-patient growth - Starting January 2027: paid holidays, PTO, free dental care for you and your immediate family at lab cost, and paid continuing education - Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule; an occasional Saturday community event, flexed off the same week - Direct access to the owner — your ideas get implemented, not filed How we hire (fast) Apply with the campaign question answered → we reply within 24 hours → 20-minute phone call → a paid 2-hour working session in the office ($75; mock calls and a short marketing exercise, no patient contact) → offer within 48 hours. Target start: mid-November. Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week Benefits: - Employee discount - Paid time off - Professional development assistance - Referral program Application Question(s): - Tell us about one marketing campaign you ran. What was the budget, what result did it produce, and what would you change? Work Location: In person
