Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role As Marketing Manager, you will represent the Marketing Practice within the Retirement Engagement Squad, leading integrated campaigns and personalised member engagement initiatives across owned, paid and earned channels. Working closely with marketing specialists, product leaders, data and insights teams, retirement subject matter experts and external agencies, you will turn member insights into effective campaigns that support better retirement outcomes. Max Term role until the end of August 2027 Sydney or Melbourne location Hybrid working environment Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute member propositions, campaign strategies and engagement initiatives aligned with Retirement Value Stream objectives. Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, content, channel mix and test-and-learn approaches. Coordinate personalised member journeys across digital, direct, social, education and guidance channels. Leverage AI, automation technologies and data capabilities to drive efficiency, increase personalisation, and deliver leading member experience at scale. Manage campaign budgets, schedules, invoicing requirements, approvals and delivery milestones. Use member, channel and performance insights to identify opportunities to optimise campaign effectiveness and the overall member experience. How do you exceed our expectations? A minimum of six years’ experience across marketing, communications, campaign management, events or multi-channel project delivery. Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and personalised customer or member journeys. A strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioural engagement. The ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, practical actions. Demonstrated experience using AI or emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities. Experience in financial services, Agile delivery or Human-Centred Design will be highly regarded but is not essential. Employee Experience We understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
