We work alongside Authorized Dealer, our affiliated group of four recreational dispensaries. We’re a fast-moving, hands-on team looking for one organized, self-driven person to run our marketing day to day and handle graphic design across both businesses. The role You’ll keep our marketing organized and moving: projects, calendars, vendors, launches and campaigns. You’ll also design much of the creative yourself. You’ll take projects from start to finish without step-by-step direction. You’ll juggle competing priorities and deliver clean, accurate work on tight timelines. What you’ll do - Manage all marketing projects and the marketing calendar, keeping deadlines, owners and next steps current - Lead weekly marketing meetings and follow up on action items - Design print and digital materials for Niche and Authorized Dealer, including in-store signage, menus, product cards, displays, social and email graphics, and promotional assets - Coordinate product launches and packaging artwork from concept through production - Run email campaigns and keep customer and retailer contact lists organized - Support retail and wholesale partners with marketing materials, budtender education and promotional programs - Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors on social media, website, advertising, printing and packaging - Keep marketing assets, files and product information organized and easy to find - Plan and support events, pop-ups and partnerships - Track marketing spend and report on campaign performance - Make sure all materials meet brand standards and New Jersey cannabis advertising rules What you bring - 4+ years of marketing experience, including managing multiple projects at once - A strong graphic design portfolio covering print and digital work - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Exceptional organization and time management, with a track record of meeting deadlines - A sharp eye for detail and quick turnaround - Ability to work independently, prioritize on your own and communicate clearly - Comfort picking up new tools and platforms quickly - Experience in cannabis, CPG or retail marketing is a plus - Must meet New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission personnel requirements, including a background check What we offer - $75,000 – $95,000 salary, based on experience - Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO - Hybrid schedule - Real ownership: your work goes straight onto shelves and into stores across New Jersey How to apply Submit your resume and a link to your portfolio .
