The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creativity, and experience in both online and offline marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the company. Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online advertisements. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and events. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to drive revenue growth. Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI. Manage branding, content creation, and advertising materials. Build relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners. Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum [3–5] years of experience in marketing (F&B experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
