Marketing Manager – BABA ROMA | Dubai — BABA ROMA is a growing UAE-based café, bakery, pastry and casual dining group with multiple outlets and a central production facility. We are looking for a dynamic, creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing strategy and strengthen the brand while driving customer traffic, sales and growth across all outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal activations, new product and outlet launches, social media and digital marketing strategies, content creation, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and customer engagement initiatives. The role will involve managing BABA ROMA’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Google, Meta and other relevant platforms, working closely with content creators, agencies and suppliers, managing the marketing calendar and budget, monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports on reach, engagement, customer acquisition, ROI and sales impact. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Operations and senior management to ensure all campaigns are effectively executed and commercially successful, while also monitoring market trends, competitors, customer feedback and opportunities to further develop the brand. The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably within F&B, hospitality, retail or consumer brands, with proven experience managing marketing for multiple outlets, strong knowledge of the UAE market, excellent digital and social media skills, experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok, strong branding and content knowledge, and a clear understanding of how to convert marketing activity into measurable business results. F&B experience in the UAE is highly preferred. Work Location: In person
