As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in growing our client base. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Crafting and executing marketing plans to promote insurance products, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Understanding customer needs, studying market trends, and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities and gaps. Ensuring consistent messaging and representation of the company's brand across all campaigns and communications. Working closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals, including lead generation and cross-selling opportunities. Planning and managing promotional campaigns across channels, such as social media, email marketing, events, and advertisements. Building relationships with clients through loyalty programs, surveys, and tailored communication to improve customer experience. Ensuring all marketing content adheres to industry regulations and company policies, given the sensitive nature of the insurance industry. Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics, adjusting strategies as needed, and reporting on ROI. Managing and motivating the marketing team, fostering creativity, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Leveraging digital platforms, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising, to reach a wider audience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
