We work with everyone from large companies and general contractors to HOAs, property managers, and homeowners. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to create content, coordinate events, build relationships, and run campaigns that bring in new business. What You'll Do Create content. Shoot and edit short-form video, photos, and project stories from our job sites for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and our website. Run events. Own our calendar of trade shows, association events, lunch-and-learns, and client events, from planning and logistics to lead follow-up. Build relationships. Represent us at BOMA, IFMA, CREW, and contractor groups, and connect with property managers, GCs, and HOA boards. Launch campaigns. Plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid search and social, and direct mail that generate qualified leads. Keep us findable. Manage our website, Google Business Profile, and reviews, and grow our visibility in search and AI-powered search. Measure what works. Track leads, event ROI, and campaign results in our CRM and report to leadership. What You Bring 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in construction, roofing, or a related field. A portfolio of work you created yourself, video especially. Experience planning trade shows, sponsorships, or client events. Confidence networking and representing a brand in person. Fluency with AI tools for writing, design, and video, and the judgment to keep content authentic. Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot or similar), GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Valid driver's license and availability for occasional evening or weekend events. What We Offer $70,000 – $85,000 base salary, based on experience. Full benefits package and 401(k).
