Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill is a fast-casual restaurant concept serving fresh, customizable Southeast Asian bowls, bánh mì, wings, spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and teas. We are building a modern, community-driven restaurant brand with strong local roots, direct digital ordering, catering, loyalty rewards, and neighborhood partnerships. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with fast-casual restaurant experience to help grow brand awareness, drive store traffic, build repeat customer behavior, and support new location launches. Role Overview The Marketing Manager will own local store marketing, digital campaigns, loyalty growth, catering lead generation, community partnerships, and in-store promotional execution. This person should understand how to market a fast-casual restaurant at the ground level: getting people in the door, increasing repeat visits, improving online ordering, building catering demand, and turning satisfied customers into loyal fans. This is not a purely brand or social media role. We need someone who can connect marketing activity directly to sales, traffic, loyalty signups, online orders, catering leads, and community relationships. Key Responsibilities Social Media, Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Own Limegreen’s day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other relevant local platforms. Develop and manage a consistent weekly content calendar that supports store traffic, online ordering, catering, loyalty signups, seasonal promotions, community partnerships, and new location growth. Create, capture, edit, schedule, and post short-form content, including menu item spotlights; bowl, bánh mì, wings, spring roll, drink, and catering content; behind-the-scenes prep videos; staff features; customer reactions and testimonials; day-in-the-life restaurant content; grand opening and event coverage; loyalty rewards promotions; catering and group order highlights; community partnership posts; and local trend-based content for Austin, Leander, UT, and surrounding neighborhoods. Plan and execute regular photo and video shoots, including food photography, short-form video, UGC-style content, promotional reels, and campaign assets. Write captions, hooks, post copy, story copy, and promotional messaging that feel fresh, local, energetic, and polished without sounding overly corporate or AI-generated. Schedule posts and stories in advance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Monitor comments, DMs, tagged posts, customer questions, and local community conversations, and respond or escalate when appropriate. Identify and coordinate with local creators, food influencers, student creators, neighborhood pages, apartment communities, school organizations, and community groups to generate authentic local awareness. Create content around limited-time offers, loyalty rewards, catering packages, fundraiser nights, apartment resident offers, school partnerships, staff/faculty promotions, and neighborhood campaigns. Repurpose content across platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook posts, Google Business posts, email/SMS campaigns, flyers, in-store signage, and Owner.com promotional banners. Track social media performance, including follower growth, reach, engagement, video views, saves, shares, profile visits, website clicks, online order clicks, promo redemptions, and campaign-driven sales impact. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content, ensuring posts align with Limegreen’s brand colors, food photography style, tone of voice, and in-store experience. Work with ownership and store teams to identify real-time content opportunities, including busy lunch rushes, catering orders, fresh prep, customer moments, events, and community activations. Local Store Marketing Develop and execute local marketing plans for Limegreen locations, including grand openings, seasonal promotions, neighborhood campaigns, school partnerships, and community events. Build relationships with nearby businesses, schools, apartment communities, HOAs, gyms, student organizations, churches, nonprofits, and local influencers. Create and manage fundraiser programs, community nights, staff/faculty offers, apartment resident promotions, and local partnership campaigns. Coordinate flyer distribution, in-store signage, QR codes, local events, sampling, catering drops, and neighborhood outreach. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, and other relevant local channels. Drive direct ordering through Owner.com and reduce dependence on third-party delivery platforms. Improve Google Business Profile performance through posts, photos, menu updates, review generation, and local SEO. Track campaign performance by channel, including spend, redemptions, traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost. Loyalty, CRM & Retention Grow Limegreen Rewards through Owner.com, Clover POS, email, SMS, app downloads, and in-store cashier scripts. Design and execute loyalty offers, welcome rewards, win-back campaigns, birthday rewards, double-points days, family bundle promotions, and catering incentives. Work with store staff to improve customer data capture at checkout. Analyze repeat purchase behavior, loyalty signups, customer segments, and promotional ROI. Own the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and local community channels. Create or coordinate short-form content featuring menu items, staff, behind-the-scenes prep, customer reactions, catering orders, events, and promotions. Maintain a consistent brand voice that is fresh, local, energetic, and polished without feeling overly corporate or AI-generated. Coordinate food photography and video shoots as needed. Catering & Group Sales Support Generate catering leads from local businesses, schools, offices, medical practices, real estate teams, apartment communities, and community organizations. Develop campaigns around office lunches, school events, youth sports, HOA gatherings, staff appreciation meals, and family/group orders. Create and distribute catering materials, email outreach, sample drop plans, and follow-up sequences. Work with operations to ensure marketing promises align with store execution. Analytics & Reporting Track weekly KPIs, including customer traffic; sales by channel; online ordering volume; loyalty signups; repeat purchase rate; promo redemptions; Google reviews and rating; email/SMS growth; catering leads; event performance; and ad spend and CAC. Prepare a simple weekly marketing report with what worked, what did not, and what to test next. Ideal Candidate 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a fast-casual, QSR, restaurant group, coffee shop, food retail, or hospitality brand. Experience with local store marketing, grand openings, community partnerships, and restaurant promotions. Strong understanding of Google Business Profile, Meta ads, local SEO, email/SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and restaurant online ordering. Experience with platforms such as Owner.com, Clover, Toast, Square, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools. Comfortable being hands-on: visiting stores, meeting partners, dropping off catering samples, taking photos, creating flyers, talking to customers, and training staff on marketing scripts. Strong copywriting and visual judgment. Able to balance brand-building with measurable sales impact. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with owners/operators. Preferred Experience Fast-casual restaurant marketing experience strongly preferred. Experience launching a new restaurant location. Experience growing restaurant loyalty programs or app-based ordering. Experience marketing to suburban family communities, college campuses, schools, offices, apartments, and local organizations. Basic food photography, short-form video, Canva, or Adobe skills. Familiarity with catering sales, fundraiser programs, and community events. Success in the First 90 Days The Marketing Manager should be able to: build a 90-day marketing calendar for each location; launch or improve Limegreen Rewards acquisition; increase Google reviews and Google Business Profile engagement; drive direct online orders through Owner.com; build a list of local partnership targets and activate the first 10–20 relationships; create repeatable fundraiser and catering outreach systems; improve in-store signage, cashier loyalty scripts, and customer capture; and report clearly on campaign performance and sales impact.
