Sales & Marketing Manager

Jingisukan Izakaya Mee | Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Salary: $600–$1,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and performance)

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our Japanese restaurant in Tashkent.

We need someone who doesn't just make plans but takes action, delivers results, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase restaurant sales and attract new customers.
• Manage and grow our Instagram account, including Reels, Stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Build partnerships with local influencers, hotels, businesses, and communities.
• Develop corporate sales opportunities and increase group reservations.
• Create and execute weekly action plans with measurable targets.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and marketing KPIs.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement proposals.
• Take full responsibility for executing agreed-upon action plans.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of Instagram marketing and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Uzbek and Russian language skills are preferred. English is a plus.
