Plan, organize, and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate sales. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Manage the company’s advertising, promotions, and branding initiatives. Oversee digital marketing platforms such as social media, website, and online advertising. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Supervise and guide marketing staff and coordinate with other departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field . At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management . Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research . Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools . Ability to analyze data and develop effective marketing strategies. Creative, strategic thinker, and results-oriented. Salary will be based on experience.
