We are looking for a Mandarin-Fluent Marketing Manager to lead commercial strategy, strategic communications, and market expansion in Indonesia’s high-stakes logistics and mineral supply chain sector. This role will serve as a key bridge between cross-border operations, senior leadership, and the Indonesian market , covering container terminal services and mineral logistics , including coal, bauxite, nickel, and other resources. Key Responsibilities * Lead Market Strategy – Develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies across container terminals and mineral supply chains. * Manage Cross-Border Communication – Bridge senior management, Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and local teams in Mandarin and English . * Drive Tenders & Proposals – Lead tender packages, B2B presentations, commercial proposals, and contract coordination. * Deliver Market Intelligence – Conduct market research and prepare executive-level reports for local and global stakeholders. * Expand Business Opportunities – Build strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and strengthen market positioning in Indonesia. Requirements * Fluent Mandarin, Indonesian & English – Strong spoken Mandarin and fluent written/spoken English are essential. * Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Proven experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, Market Planning, or Commercial Strategy , preferably in logistics, industrial, mining, or related sectors. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint . * Able to independently prepare market research, business proposals, tender documents, and presentation decks . * Strong understanding of Indonesia’s business environment, regulations, and commercial landscape . * Strong negotiation, communication, resilience, and execution skills . * High level of professional integrity and responsibility .
