SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – FRENCH SPEAKER

About the Role

BrandXB is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who speaks French to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the UAE , strong knowledge of social media platforms, and a passion for content, digital marketing, and brand development.

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, planning content, developing creative ideas, monitoring performance, and working closely with our creative and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging and creative social media concepts and content ideas.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats and platform updates.
• Monitor account performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Prepare monthly social media reports and performance insights.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, editors and account managers.
• Ensure all content follows each client's brand identity and communication strategy.
• Support social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Previous professional experience in the UAE is required.
• Fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and social media marketing.
• Experience in content planning, social media strategy and analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
