Filler Warehouse is at growth stage, in expansion and has a presence within the EU. This is an excellent opportunity to get stuck in hands on to increase Filler Warehouse Revenue across the uk. (No freelance – this is a full-time role within our Head Office in Nantwich.) Key Responsibilities: - Lead the continuous growth of Filler Warehouse, delivering marketing activity that drives immediate visibility and engagement - Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy focused on rapid growth and measurable outcomes - Bring continuous new ideas, campaigns and creative approaches to increase reach and market presence to Senior Management Team - Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring strong commercial return and performance - Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, campaigns and analytics to drive traffic and conversion - Lead PR, brand development, live events across uk, campaigns and external engagement - Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing supports business growth and commercial priorities - Use data and insight to drive decisions, improve performance and maximise ROI - Continuously test new approaches, challenge existing thinking and drive innovation - Work closely with Filler Warehouse Leadership Team on Marketing Strategies to increase revenue across the business. - Engage with Sales Team to plan content and focus of the week to improve company performance · Focus on ongoing marketing campaigns and work on continuously improving campaigns from analysis to increase company revenue. · Manage the marketing team, provide ongoing training and direction to increase company performance and marketing team. · Conduct 1 to 1s monthly with marketing team working with the Leadership Team. · Create engaging content for social media, including captions, graphics and short-form video hands on and with the team · Schedule and publish content across social platforms using Hootsuite or other platforms · Plan the creation and sending of email & SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo monitoring results and company goals · Maintain the website content and be responsible for, product pages and blog articles for SEO. · Assist with photoshoots, video creation and editing across the teams and events · Support promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing activity · Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports · Research industry trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities · Assist with organising events, exhibitions and training days · Manage the Paid Ads (Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads) results and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Essential - Previous marketing experience and experience of managing a team - Experience implementing new projects and demonstrate company growth from previous roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks - Confident using Canva and video editing tools - Familiar with major social media platforms - Creative mindset with a willingness to learn our brand - Positive attitude and strong team player - Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite and improving performance - Understand SEO and content marketing - Experience training, mentoring and developing a team - Degree within marketing or related subject Desirable - Basic photography or video editing skills - Knowledge of email marketing platforms using (Klaviyo) - Experience using Shopify - Knowledge or interest for the Aesthetics industry Pay: From £30,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company pension - Free parking - On-site parking Work Location: In person
