About Us

Elegance Style Perfumes and Gifts LLC is a UAE retail company with six branches, offering perfumes, watches, sunglasses, and beauty products. We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brands, increase showroom footfall, and drive online and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company sales targets and budgets.
• Plan campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and showroom activations.
• Manage social media, content creation, and digital advertising across relevant platforms.
• Monitor advertising performance and improve return on marketing spend.
• Build partnerships with companies, hotels, gyms, clubs, universities, and other organizations to generate sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall management on events, advertising spaces, and promotional activities.
• Manage influencer collaborations and evaluate their impact on brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee the production of campaign materials, photography, videos, and showroom visuals.
• Work closely with showroom managers, sales teams, suppliers, and e-commerce teams.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Monitor competitors, customer trends, and market opportunities.
• Present regular reports covering campaign results, leads, sales contribution, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, including experience managing campaigns and budgets.
• UAE retail experience, preferably in perfumes, beauty, fashion, watches, or luxury products.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, and marketing analytics.
• Strong skills in campaign planning, content development, partnerships, and project management.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to measurable sales results.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
