Marketing Manager Effect Doctors London | Saudi Arabia Effect Doctors London is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to support our continued growth in Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for a marketing generalist who can work across paid media, CRM, analytics, content, campaigns, events and brand — with a strong understanding of the full customer journey from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention. What You’ll Do Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Oversee paid media across Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok. Track leads, conversion, acquisition costs, ROI and key marketing KPIs. Manage CRM campaigns and customer journeys , including nurturing, segmentation and retention. Coordinate content production across social media, video, photography and advertising. Manage agencies, creative partners and external suppliers. Support events, partnerships and brand activations . Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting. Work with sales and operations to improve the customer journey and drive bookings and revenue. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of marketing experience , ideally in a Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and analytics . Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing . Good understanding of content, social media and creative production. Experience managing campaigns, events and external partners. Strong project management and organisational skills. A commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue. Preferred Background Experience in a service-led or consumer-facing business , particularly healthcare, clinics, hospitality, FMCG or premium consumer services , is preferred.
