Marketing Manager
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive business growth, and support the promotion of our services across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including brand positioning, go-to-market plans and customer acquisition initiatives - Drive business development and market expansion efforts between Hong Kong and Mainland China, leveraging cross-border networks - Conduct market research, competitor analysis and feasibility assessments to support strategic decisions - Manage marketing budgets, vendors and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and measurable results - Collaborate closely with sales, operations and other internal teams to support business objectives - Oversee or coordinate small marketing-related teams, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for marketing and business development initiatives Requirements - 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B services, outsourcing, Branding/HR services or cross-border (Hong Kong–Mainland) business - Proven experience in project management, client relationship management and business development - Strong understanding of the Mainland China market (especially Guangdong / Greater Bay Area) and relevant networks is highly preferred - Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills - Experience in budget control, process optimisation and team leadership - Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Business English - Bachelor’s degree or above - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools -Hands-on experience in managing both Hong Kong (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and Mainland China (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, WeChat) social media platforms for corporate branding or lead generation. -Experience with advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / AI Search optimization) techniques is highly preferred. WORK HOUR : Mon to Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm LOCATION : Hong Kong (Tsuen Wan Headquarters, with coordination across Mainland China operations) Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
