As a leading UK car park management company with over 25 years in the industry, CCP leads the way in the development of parking technology and was the first to use ANPR camera technology to manage and enforce car parking. Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function and ensure activity is well coordinated, commercially focused and effectively delivered. This is a broad role covering digital marketing, campaigns, content, brand, website, CRM and performance reporting. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Client Services and senior stakeholders, while providing day-to-day line management to the Marketing Executive and coordinating external marketing specialists and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Marketing Management & Planning · Own and coordinate the day-to-day marketing function. · Provide day-to-day line management, guidance and support to the Marketing Executive, ensuring clear priorities, effective delivery and ongoing professional development. · Develop and maintain the marketing plan and campaign calendar. · Translate commercial priorities into clear marketing activity. · Manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders across the business. · Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and specialist suppliers. · Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend is aligned with business priorities. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation · Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across paid, organic, email and social channels. · Oversee Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising activity, working with external specialists where appropriate. · Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and conversion. · Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline and commercial objectives. · Identify opportunities to improve digital acquisition and lead quality. CRM & Email Marketing · Take ownership of marketing activity within HubSpot. · Manage email campaigns, segmentation, lists, forms and campaign tracking. · Ensure CRM data is used effectively for targeting and marketing reporting. Website & SEO · Take day-to-day ownership of website content and marketing requirements. · Coordinate website updates with developers and external suppliers. · Monitor website performance, conversion and lead generation. · Manage SEO activity and ensure content supports organic search performance. · Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rates. Content, Social & Brand · Oversee the company content and social media programme. · Develop briefs and coordinate content production with internal and external resources. · Ensure communications are clear, consistent and appropriate for the target audience. · Maintain consistency across brand, messaging and marketing materials. · Coordinate the production of sales collateral, presentations, case studies, signage and other marketing assets. Reporting & Performance · Monitor and report on marketing performance and key KPIs. · Track lead sources, campaign performance, conversion and marketing contribution to pipeline. · Use HubSpot, Google Analytics and other platforms to identify trends and opportunities. · Provide clear, commercially relevant reporting to senior management. · Use performance data to recommend improvements to marketing activity. Sales & Stakeholder Support · Work closely with Sales teams to understand their priorities and support lead generation. · Ensure sales teams have access to current, approved marketing materials. · Support product launches, client communications and other cross-functional initiatives. · Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and manage competing requirements. Skills & Experience Essential · Strong generalist marketing experience in a B2B environment. · Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns. · Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email and website marketing. · Experience using a CRM and marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is highly desirable. · Good understanding of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting. · Experience managing agencies, freelancers or external marketing suppliers. · Strong project management and organisational skills. · Comfortable working with marketing data and using it to make decisions. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Commercial mindset with an understanding of the relationship between marketing activity, leads, pipeline and revenue. · Able to work independently and take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery. · Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation. · Experience with Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising. · Experience working with various website CMSs. Desirable · Hands-on HubSpot experience. · Experience producing or managing B2B content and sales collateral. · Experience working within a growing or evolving marketing function. · Understanding of how LLMs are changing search and discovery, and the implications for brand and content visibility. · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly and decisions are often made with incomplete information.
