Marketing Manager

Prague / Bratislava / Remote

As a Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for planning and executing our overall marketing strategy—from building brand awareness and generating new business opportunities to creating compelling content and managing digital campaigns.

You will work closely with the company’s founders and cross-functional teams to communicate the Born Digital story, grow our audience, and use data to drive effective marketing decisions.

Key Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or startup environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Preferred locations – CZ/SK

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you can not only develop marketing plans but also successfully implement them.

Data-driven decision-making complemented by a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and activity plan in line with business objectives.

Plan and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.

Lead content creation for the website, social media, newsletters, and case studies.

Strengthen and grow the Born Digital brand across both online and offline channels.

Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to continuously optimize activities and improve results.

Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
