Responsible for both lead quantity and cost efficiency. Scope of Work Core Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume Improve lead quality, not just quantity 2. Cost Control Reduce CPL Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency Manage and optimise ad budgets daily 3. Campaign Execution Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy 4. Reporting Daily / weekly reporting: Leads CPL Spend Conversion rate Show-up rate Sales ROI 5.
