# Marketing Manager – Architectural **NELTEX DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INC** · Parañaque · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DESCRIPTION The Architectural Marketing Manager is responsible for leading NELTEX’s Architect & Specification Marketing Program by building strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors . The position aims to increase the specification and preference of NELTEX products in construction projects by ensuring that NELTEX products are included in project specifications, material schedules, approved-material lists, and project designs , and ultimately converted into Sales Orders . The position will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical Divisions to support product presentations, technical seminars, project development, market intelligence, and project conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement the annual Architect & Specification Marketing Plan aligned with NELTEX’s sales and business objectives. Develop strategies to increase the number of projects specifying NELTEX products. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors . Promote NELTEX products at the design and specification stage of construction projects. Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and other relevant marketing activities. Ensure NELTEX products are included in project specifications, material schedules, and approved-material lists. Develop and maintain a project pipeline and market intelligence database . Coordinate with Sales to monitor specified projects and convert opportunities into Sales Orders . Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new construction project opportunities. Prepare regular reports on specification activities, project pipeline, conversion, and sales contribution. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field . At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural marketing, specification marketing, construction materials, technical sales, project marketing, or business development. Experience working with architects, engineers, developers, builders, contractors, or construction companies is highly preferred. Good understanding of the construction and building materials industry . Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel . Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel as required.
