Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to support the CEO's personal branding content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming, storytelling, and editing, and who wants hands-on experience building a personal brand for a business leader across social media platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Film short-form lifestyle video content of the CEO, including behind-the-scenes moments, event coverage, interviews, and day-in-the-life style clips. Edit simple, engaging videos (cuts, captions, music, transitions) suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Plan and create content for the CEO's personal brand. Write and refine captions, hooks, and short scripts that reflect the CEO's voice and TUPC's brand tone. Plan and maintain a content calendar for the CEO's personal branding channels, aligning posting frequency with key business events and milestones. Research trending formats, sounds, and content styles relevant to the CEO's target audience (HNW/UHNW clients, business leaders, and partners in Thailand, China, and Korea). Coordinate filming schedules around the CEO's calendar, including events, meetings, and travel. Support basic photography for events and content needs. Track content performance (views, engagement) and suggest improvements. Assist with light graphic design (presentation, simple templates) as needed. REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or a related field will be advantageous. Comfortable filming with a phone or camera; basic understanding of framing, lighting, and audio. Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut, or similar. Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats and best practices. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a content calendar. Discreet and professional, given exposure to CEO's schedule and client-facing events. Fluent in English; Thai, Mandarin, or Korean language skills are a plus. PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS Prior experience managing a personal or brand social media account. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator). Interest in finance, wealth management, or business content.
