About The Role Ready to turn data into decisions that shape how millions of customers experience Sportsbet? As our Marketing Measurement & Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our Marketing, Media and CRM teams make smarter, data-led decisions. Working closely with the Head of Marketing Measurement & Insights and a broad range of stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Customer Operations, Commercial Analytics, Tech and Data Science, you'll deliver reporting, uncover performance insights, support experimentation and help ensure the right customers receive the right messages at the right time. Responsibilities Include: Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights on marketing and CRM campaign performance to help drive better business decisions. Analyse marketing experiments and A/B tests, identifying learnings that improve future campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes. Build, maintain and enhance core marketing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Create and manage customer audiences for targeted marketing activity, supporting effective segmentation and campaign execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems, answer ad hoc questions and turn insights into action About You While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have: Experience using SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyse and report on data. Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and campaign measurement principles. Exposure to experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and performance analysis. Understanding of customer segmentation and CRM marketing practices, or a strong desire to develop these skills. A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for turning data into meaningful business outcomes.
