Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
• Lead the marketing team and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee social media, public relations, client servicing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor marketing campaigns, team performance, budgets, and deliverables.
• Explore brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and event marketing.
• Analyse campaign results and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure all marketing activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
