The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects. - Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. - Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads/Google AdWords, and YouTube Ads . - Drive quality lead generation and improve campaign performance. - Monitor campaign metrics, ROI, and overall marketing performance. - Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. - Work closely with sales and business teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. - Take hands-on ownership of campaign execution rather than focusing only on managerial responsibilities. Requirements - 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing. - Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing . - Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads . - Strong understanding of Lead Generation, ROI, campaign optimization, and conversion performance . - Ability to develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Candidates should be hands-on with digital campaign execution . Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
