Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. - Lead end-to-end marketing for real estate projects, including launches, branding and campaigns. - Manage digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, PR, events and media planning. - Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives. - Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors and campaign performance. - Collaborate with Sales and senior management to drive lead generation, brand visibility and sales growth. Requirements - 10–15 years of marketing experience, - real estate development experience is a must - Proven experience in 360° marketing and real estate project launches. - Strong team management and leadership skills. - Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market. - Experience in marketing strategy, budgeting, digital campaigns and brand management. Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
