Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior design, fit-out, and renovation projects.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, construction companies, consultants, architects, engineers, and potential clients.

Conduct regular outdoor visits and client meetings to promote the company's services and generate new leads.

Proactively identify upcoming construction, commercial, residential, and renovation projects within Abu Dhabi.

Build and expand a professional network to generate new enquiries, repeat business, and client referrals.

Follow up on leads, client enquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Present the company's services and capabilities professionally to prospective clients.

Coordinate with the design, technical, and estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.

Maintain records of client interactions, sales leads, and business development activities.

Work towards business development targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
