Translate product features, USPs, and brand positioning into compelling copy and engaging customer-facing content. Work with creative and design teams to bring product concepts to life and ensure a cohesive brand experience across e-commerce. Identify opportunities to continuously improve how our products are presented, differentiated, and experienced by customers.Amazon & E-commerce Operations Manage the day-to-day Amazon presence across global markets and India, ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and up to date. Conduct regular audits of product pages and identify opportunities across content, compliance, and visibility. Coordinate with product, brand, creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and content updates. Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across markets and adherence to marketplace requirements & brand guidelines. Oversee marketplace compliance, catalog health, categorization, and resolution of listing-related issues. Must-have skills E-commerce marketing, creative marketing We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
