Check us out - https://seasoned.co.uk/ The role In this role, you’ll play an important part in driving targeted marketing activity for Seasoned Events, helping to grow our brand and showcase what makes us different. Sustainability and social responsibility are at the heart of everything we do, from sourcing seasonal, locally produced ingredients and reducing food waste and single-use plastic, to supporting our people, charity partners and local communities. Core Duties - Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for Seasoned Events & Venues, supporting business growth, brand awareness and new business opportunities across the events and hospitality sector. - Manage and continuously develop the Seasoned website, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, commercially focused and optimised for search engines. - Lead website development projects, including the creation of new pages, landing pages, event showcases, case studies and other digital content. - Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic and qualified enquiries. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits, identifying opportunities to improve website performance and search visibility. - Optimise website content, page structure, metadata, internal linking and other on-page and technical SEO elements. - Create compelling content showcasing Seasoned Events' catering, event and hospitality capabilities, including blogs, case studies, project/event highlights and client stories. - Manage and develop digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing and online advertising. - Work closely with the events, catering and business development teams to identify marketing opportunities and ensure campaigns accurately reflect Seasoned Events' offering and capabilities. - Support the promotion of key events, venues, partnerships and new business initiatives through targeted marketing activity. - Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, campaign results and customer engagement, using data to identify opportunities and improve marketing activity. - Manage and maintain the company's digital brand presence, ensuring consistency of messaging, imagery and tone across all marketing channels. - Research market trends, competitor activity and developments within the events, hospitality and catering industries to inform future marketing activity. - Liaise with external agencies, web developers, designers, photographers and other suppliers where required. - Measure and report on marketing activity, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior management. Product Knowledge - Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all Seasoned products and venues - Have a strong understanding of the events and catering industry and understand who are competitors to Seasoned and how they fit in the market place Administration - Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities including a weekly report and then end of month reports - Plan diary to make effective use of working day. General - Maintain high standard of personal presentation. - epresent Seasoned in a professional manner at all times. - Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company' Health And Safety Policy - Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record in line with Company Policy. - Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Sales & Marketing Director. Sustainability Commitments As a Marketing Executive at Seasoned, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission to spread social goodness and deliver extraordinary, smile-inducing food and drink experiences, while supporting efforts to minimize our environmental impact and deliver our sustainability strategy. This includes: Local And Ethical Sourcing: - Support our commitment to local, sustainable and ethical purchasing (choosing suppliers within 50 miles of venues, choosing certified sustainable ingredients/resources, choosing social enterprise/B Corp suppliers). Nourishing Our Communities: - Managing local charity partnerships and volunteering efforts - Supporting our efforts to create jobs & support vulnerable people and those facing employment barriers into work (e.g. working with homeless charities etc). Cutting Our Climate Impact: - Supporting venue managers to reduce Seasoned’s environmental impact (reducing food waste, utilities efficient) - Support Seasoned executive team and compliance manager with maintaining ISO14001 Nuturing Our Team Heath & Safety - Responsible for all hygiene, health and safety relating to the catering operation both at Head Office and at our partner venues. - Ensure all documentation is up to date as required by law. - Ensure all Site Specific Risk Assessments are completed, communicated and reviewed as required by the Company policy. - To carry out regular inspections and implement corrective action if required, communicate any maintenance issues to relevant parties. - To communicate, train and document health and safety policies to staff Human resources - Ensure that staff adhere to current legislation as and when required as well as direction and guidance from the HR Department - Ensure that company policies are also followed - Be responsible for ensuring that staff are motivated, appraised and trained - Conduct grievance and disciplinary meetings as and when required.
