Duties - Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. - Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. - Oversee website management using WordPress and content management systems, ensuring optimal user experience and performance. - Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines to maximize ROI through conversion optimization techniques. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphics, videos, and other visual assets. - Conduct keyword research and SEO audits utilizing SEO tools to enhance organic search rankings and increase web traffic. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams on email marketing initiatives, website updates, and e-commerce strategies to support overall marketing objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in B2B (business-to-business) markets and beyond. - Drive performance marketing efforts by setting KPIs, tracking results via web analytics reporting, and refining strategies based on data insights. Qualifications - Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles with a strong emphasis on campaign setup, management, and optimization. - Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. - Technical skills including HTML, CSS, website management on WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop is essential. - Demonstrated ability to develop content creation strategies that engage audiences across multiple channels including social media marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making. - Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms with a focus on conversion optimization. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies to support digital commerce initiatives. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while collaborating across departments on integrated marketing efforts. - A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative digital marketing techniques and staying current on industry trends.
