This position oversees both Consumer Marketing and Franchise Development Marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand growth, franchisee support, and measurable results. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the full spectrum of marketing, from digital advertising and social media to traditional advertising, brand development, promotions, and content strategy. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and promotional calendar. - Oversee Consumer Marketing and Franchise Development marketing initiatives. - Manage paid digital advertising agencies and evaluate Google Ads, Google LSA, Meta, and other channels. - Develop traditional marketing programs including print advertising, vehicle wraps, signage, sponsorships, and local promotions. - Support franchise owners with marketing resources, guidance, and local marketing strategies. - Manage brand standards, marketing collateral, creative direction, and messaging. - Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate content creation. - Oversee marketing technology, CRM integrations, nurture campaigns, and reporting in partnership with internal technology resources. - Analyze lead generation, conversion performance, marketing spend, and ROI. - Manage external marketing partners and hold vendors accountable for results. - Lead weekly marketing meetings and provide regular reporting to executive leadership. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and bring appropriate marketing capabilities in-house.
