Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator cum Sales Executive to join our medical clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the clinic’s services, generating new patient leads, developing business opportunities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote the clinic’s medical services, treatments, and approved promotional packages.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate digital marketing activities and promotional content.
• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into patient appointments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, potential business partners, and referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase patient numbers and clinic revenue.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients regarding enquiries and appointments.
• Coordinate with reception and clinic staff to support patient acquisition and retention.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and sales results.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client follow-ups.
• Prepare regular marketing and sales reports for management.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable UAE healthcare advertising regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop business relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Good organizational, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
