You will engage directly with people out in the field, build initial rapport, collect accurate contact information, and screen prospects to ensure they fit our target profile of strong-paying candidates interested in financial markets. Key Responsibilities Field Networking & Outreach: Attend local networking hubs, public venues, and community spaces around Austin to initiate conversations and introduce people to our live trading sessions. Contact Data Collection: Efficiently gather and log clean, accurate contact information (names, phone numbers, and emails) from interested individuals using digital capture tools or mobile forms. Prospect Vetting: Qualify prospective attendees through targeted conversational screening to assess their financial capability, seriousness, and commitment level before inviting them to a high-value trading event. Flyer & Collateral Distribution: Distribute promotional materials, event flyers, and QR-code assets strategically in approved local environments. Pipeline Reporting: Track daily outreach volume, conversation metrics, and qualified lead counts, reporting directly back on field performance. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, approachable body language, and the natural ability to strike up conversations with strangers effortlessly. : Proven track record in face-to-face promotional marketing, street team coordination, event promotion, or high-volume lead generation. Financial Literacy Awareness: A basic understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, or entrepreneurship to intelligently discuss the value proposition of learning to trade. Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously in the field around Austin while maintaining high daily productivity standards.
