We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow our brand, connect with our communities, and bring new customers into our cafés. We're looking for someone who understands social media trends, has a strong eye for visual content, and can turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns. What You'll Do - Manage and create content for Floe Cafe's Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. - Capture and edit high-quality photos, Reels, and short-form videos featuring our drinks, bingsoo, and café experience. - Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. - Develop promotional campaigns for new products, seasonal menus, memberships, and special events. - Coordinate local influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community outreach. - Support marketing initiatives for our Fullerton, La Mirada, and Danville locations. - Assist with Google, Instagram, and other paid advertising campaigns. - Create simple promotional graphics and digital marketing materials. - Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and customer feedback. - Work closely with ownership to develop strategies that increase customer visits, brand awareness, and loyalty. What We're Looking For - Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. - Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills. - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. - Good understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing. - Strong creative judgment and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines. - Interest in cafés, food, beverages, and lifestyle branding. - Comfortable visiting our Southern California locations for content creation. Preferred but not required: - Experience with food and beverage brands. - Experience running paid social media advertisements. - Experience working with influencers or local businesses. - Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
