Kiddies Playgroup Management operates multiple franchised Kiddie Academy Educational Childcare Learning Center locations in Chicagoland. We are the leaders in premium early childhood education. We’re looking for a marketing associate who can bring a strong data-driven marketing philosophy to our brand. The most successful candidate will be a well-rounded generalist who brings solid business acumen to help define and improve our buyer process and increase our customer lifetime value. Some of the areas of focus are: Enrollment and Family Engagement · Respond immediately to new family inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels · Contact prospective families as soon as leads are received to maximize engagement · Schedule tours for prospective families and provide a positive first impression of our academies · Follow-up with prospective families as needed to encourage touring and enrollment · Maintain detailed records in our system of all communication and lead activity Lead Management · Monitor incoming inquiries across multiple Kiddie Academy locations (12+) · Ensure academy directors are following up with assigned leads in a timely manner · Communicate with directors regarding outstanding inquiries or follow-up needs · Focus support efforts on academies with lower tour to enrollment conversion rates to help improve performance · Track lead activity and identify trends or opportunities for improvement · Research new opportunities to increase brand awareness/build enrollments Marketing Support · Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts (reels, stories, short-form content videos, etc.) · Monitor engagement by responding to comments and notifying directors of potential inquiries, deleting ‘troll’ comments on ads/posts, etc. · Help represent Kiddie Academy at community events, festivals, networking events, etc. if needed · Assist with marketing campaigns and administrative marketing tasks as assigned · Help maintain brand consistency across all communications Administrative Support · Put together marketing materials for directors when needed · Send out emails for staff birthdays/anniversaries · Keep marketing assets organized and easily accessible Preferred Candidate Qualities · Previous experience in customer service, sales, admissions, enrollment, or marketing preferred · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong phone etiquette and customer service mindset · Highly organized and strong attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently · Comfortable learning CRM systems · Experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram · Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus Skills · Friendly and professional communication · Relationship building · Organization and time management · Sales and customer service skills · Problem-solving · Collaboration and teamwork · Attention to detail · Strong adaptability skills Success in this role will be measured by: · Speed of response to new inquiries · Number of tours scheduled · Improvement in inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-conversion rates · Consistent follow-up and communication with academy directors · Accuracy of lead documentation · Timely completion of marketing projects and communications If you don’t meet all of these requirements, but you still think you can make a big impact with us, we want to hear from you!
