Client Servicing & Strategy Understand client business, not just their Instagram Take raw inputs and convert them into clear marketing directions Lead monthly and weekly campaign planning Present ideas and strategies to clients confidently 2. Campaign Ideation & Execution Brainstorm campaigns, hooks, and content angles Build campaign flows across social + ads + WhatsApp + Zomato (if relevant) Think in terms of conversions, not likes 3. Briefing & Team Coordination Convert ideas into sharp briefs for designers and video editors Ensure output quality matches the strategy Work closely with performance team for alignment 4. Content & Shoot Involvement Script reels, ads, and storytelling content Plan and assist in shoots when required Guide creators and team on what to capture and why 5. AI-First Working Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, research, and execution Build workflows using AI, not shortcuts Maintain quality while scaling output What We’re Looking For Atleast 1 years experience in marketing / content Strong understanding of content + performance together Can think in campaigns, not just posts Good communication. Clear, structured, no fluff Has used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc in real work Comfortable working in a fast-moving, slightly chaotic setup Pay: ₹11,217.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
