Marketing & Business Development Executive (Female)
We are looking for an experienced Female Marketing and Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities in HVAC maintenance contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and air-conditioner sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate new AMC and HVAC maintenance business. Identify and approach corporate clients, property managers, consultants, and contractors. Promote and sell air conditioners and related HVAC services. Conduct outdoor sales visits and client meetings. Search for new contracts, tenders, and business opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up reports. Negotiate contract terms and close sales. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements. Requirements: Female candidates only. Previous experience in outdoor and corporate sales is required. Valid Oman driving licence is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business. Good knowledge of the Oman corporate market. Proficiency in English; Arabic will be an advantage.
