We do business cards, signage, apparel and pretty much everything in between. We also run a few sister brands, including Papermaid (NZ-made planners and journals), and we’re launching some new ones. We’re also building our own AI “brain” with Claude. It helps our team write quotes, draft emails and create content. Our marketing team is small and moves fast, and we need an extra pair of hands for the next couple of months. The role You’ll work alongside Liv, our marketing manager. You’ll create content, keep our websites in shape, and help build the AI and automation tools that make the whole team faster. What you’ll be doing Content & social - Shooting product, job and behind-the-scenes photos and video - Editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and photos - Writing captions and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn - Creating launch content for new brands Website & Shopify - Loading new products into Shopify: photos, descriptions, variants and pricing - Writing and updating product and page copy - Writing blog posts that help customers and bring in search traffic - Doing basic SEO: keywords, meta titles and descriptions, alt text and tidy URLs - Checking the site for broken links, missing images and old info AI & automation - Using Claude to create content, research and do day-to-day marketing tasks - Helping build and test Claude skills and prompts for our sales team, like quote replies, follow-ups and outreach - Setting up and testing sales and workflow automations with tools like n8n and HubSpot - Keeping our AI brain files up to date: clients, products, pricing and processes - Writing simple how-to guides so the team can use the new tools What we’re looking for You don’t need to tick every box. If you have experience in, or a real interest in, most of these, please apply: - Claude or ChatGPT: tell us what you’ve built or done with it - Shopify or another website platform (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) - Writing clear, friendly copy, and some SEO know-how - Automation tools like n8n, Zapier or Make, or a CRM like HubSpot - Shooting and editing photos and video (a portfolio, Instagram or TikTok is great) - CapCut, Canva, Lightroom or Adobe - Problem-solving and figuring out “how can we make this faster?” - Staying organised and running with a brief - Studying (or recently studied) marketing, comms, business, IT or similar The details - Around 30 hours a week for 6–8 weeks, starting [date] - Paid at $25/hr - Based at our Mount Eden workshop (109 Dominion Road), on-site most days - Must have the right to work in NZ What you get - Real experience with AI, automation and ecommerce inside a working business, which is hard to find right now - Content and projects for your portfolio - A solid reference at the end - Strong interns may be offered ongoing work To apply Send your CV and a link to your portfolio, socials or a site you’ve worked on.
