This is a hands-on, content-and campaigns role. Key responsibilities: 1. Content Creation - Produce marketing content across formats — social media posts, photos/videos, one-pagers, and presentation materials — showcasing Agrosolar's products and initiatives - Maintain a regular content calendar and posting cadence across the business unit's marketing channels - Coordinate with the Project Head - AgroSolar and field teams to source content from farm/project sites 2. Marketing of Agrosolar - Build awareness of Agrosolar's brand, products, and offtake offerings among institutional buyers, partners, and the public - Develop and execute marketing collateral and campaigns to support the sales team's lead generation efforts - Manage Agrosolar's social media presence and other public-facing marketing channels 3. Marketing Initiatives - Plan and execute marketing initiatives and events (e.g., site visits, launches, partner engagements) that build the Agrosolar brand - Track marketing performance (reach, engagement, lead contribution) and report regularly to the Project Head - AgroSolar - Support the Project Head - AgroSolar on ad hoc marketing and communications needs as the business unit evolves Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand/communications roles - Track record producing content and running marketing campaigns across social media and other channels - Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch — this is a 0-to-1 environment, not one with an established marketing playbook - No prior agriculture or forestry background required - Excellent writing, visual/content design sense, and project management skills - Manila-based, willing to travel regularly to project/farm sites for content shoots Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
