JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Execute marketing strategies and campaign plans across multiple restaurant brands.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and external vendors to ensure timely content production.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage influencer (KOL) communication, content coordination, and campaign execution.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with each brand's positioning and guidelines.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Strategist & Head to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Interest or experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
